What is the best piece of advice you’ve received?
You guys might have heard this one already but it was from Tobin Heath: “Don’t let anyone or anything make you fall out of love with whatever you’re most passionate about.” If that’s football, then it’s football but nothing should get you to the point where you don’t love that thing. So, no person, no coach, whatever. And I think that’s something that’s like stuck with me throughout my career and it’s like a good little reminder.

when i was post op after top surgery i had a good friend there with me to help recover. but the nurse didnt get the memo and when i woke up she was like “ok i’m gonna go get your girlfriend and bring her in to see you!” and i remember being so zonked on anesthesia and so disoriented i just laid there thinking wow…… all that an they’re bringing me a girlfriend too this place is amazing
